Our billing is straightforward: there is a two-hour minimum for all moves. After the minimum, any additional time is charged in 15-minute increments. The clock starts when we leave our dispatch location and stops when we return after completing your move. Our hourly rate is all-inclusive, covering blankets, wrap, insurance, taxes, and other essentials.

Tipping is not required but is greatly appreciated. Our crews typically receive tips that range from 10-20% of the total move cost. You can tip in cash or add the tip to your total bill. If you prefer, you can give the tip directly to the movers, or we can distribute it evenly among the crew if added to the bill.

We do not move hazardous materials, perishable foods, or personal items like cash and important documents. For a full list of non-allowable items, please consult with our moving specialists.

Yes, please empty your drawers, cabinets, and desks before moving. This reduces the weight and prevents potential damage to your furniture and belongings.

We recommend scheduling your move as early as possible, ideally 4-6 weeks before your intended moving date, especially if you plan to move during the busy season from May to September.

Yes, our team can disassemble and reassemble standard furniture items. Let us know in advance about any special items that require unique handling.

For safety and compliance, we do not transport hazardous materials, including explosives, flammable gases, and toxic substances. Personal valuables such as jewelry should also be moved by you to ensure their safety.

Label all boxes clearly and secure parking for the moving truck near your home. Pack an essentials box with items you'll need immediately upon arrival at your new home.
